Kim Victoria Cattrall is an American-born actor from Canada born July 21st, 1956. Her best known part is Samantha Jones, in the HBO show Sex and the City. The series has earned its five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. In 2002, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting actress. The character was reprised in the Sex and the City films (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2009). She was also known as the leading actor on the film Police Academy Big Trouble In Little China Mannequin & Porky's. Kim Cattrall's performance in the HBO television comedy Sex & the City is the most memorable. Cattrall has made a name for herself as an actor. Her role in the role of Samantha Jones was one of her most important roles. This sitcom made Cattrall an international star, not only among the local audience as well as internationally. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most famous role is on the comedy/drama movie La Dolce Vita. The film won an Oscar, and it was awarded the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival of 1960. It also was critical and commercially highly acclaimed. Before her professional career as an model, the model from Skane was a fashion model. She eventually won the Miss Sweden contest. Her move to US, and began appearing in a variety of films, as minor characters. The first role she was credited with was in the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she played the part of a Venusian guard. The film was later awarded the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category, after her appearance in the film Blood Alley.
